The petitioners have been in custody since 21.08.2019 in connection with Bhaptiyahi P.S. Case No. 67/18 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though the allegation against these petitioners is that these petitioners were also present at the place of occurrence, no specific role has been attributed to them. It is further submitted that the present petitioners have no criminal antecedents and

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances,, let the petitioners No. 1 and 2 (above named) be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul, in connection with Bhaptiyahi P.S.
