1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 117(2), 109, 76, 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the BNS, 2023.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are persons with clean antecedent, it is next submitted that Sita Devi along with three others had approached this Court seeking anticipatory bail by filing Criminal Miscellaneous No. 76169 of 2025 and the same came to be
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8701 of 2026(2) dt.31-07-2026 2/3 allowed by an order dated 18.12.2025, on the ground that petitioners are women, it is next submitted that informant alleges that on 02.08.2025 at about 09:00 PM she along with her sister-in-law had gone to attend the call of nature and saw Sachin along with two unknown accused drinking and they started acting inappropriately with them, on alarm, named accused persons including the petitioners came and assaulted the informant by lathi and danda causing injury on head and fracture of hand, while her sister-in-law also suffered injury on head and fracture of hand, it is next alleged that accused persons also assaulted the bhasur and mother-in-law of the informant who came to save them.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits petitioners have been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant, it is further submitted that from perusal of the allegation as alleged in the FIR, it would manifest that no specific allegation of assault is alleged and petitioners and the informant are agnates and having dispute relating to property.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State and opposes the anticipatory bail application of the petitioners.
6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8701 of 2026(2) dt.31-07-2026 3/3 event of their arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Gaura P.S. Case No. 154 of 2025 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of the BNSS.
7. The application stands allowed.
