1. This review petition has been filed for seeking review of order dated 06.12.2016 passed by this Court in W.P.(227) No. 3381/2010 (M/s. Durga Motor Service v. State Transport Appellate Tribunal and others).

2. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and considered their rival submissions.

3. This Court by order dated 06.12.2016 has only granted liberty to M/s. Durga Motor Service to challenge/object the subsequent/afresh renewal granted in accordance with law. If any objection is made, the competent authority will decide the objection strictly in accordance with law.

4. With the aforesaid observation, this review petition stands finally disposed of.
