Learned Counsel for the parties are agreed that the Respondent No.
1 whose reinstatement has been ordered by the Labour Court has since been deceased and the direction for payment of 50% back wages already stand complied.

The order for reinstatement of the employee being an order personal in nature the challenge to the same has become infructuous on /i account of his demise.

The application is disposed as infructuous.
