It is the case of the pe itioner that the petitioner has neither been suspended nor erminated or dismissed from > service. The petitioner was fa ing of criminal trial and finally, he has been acquitted by his Court Vide order dated 01.08.2014 passed in'Crimina Appeal No.476/201'1. It is the case of the petitioner that he i not being allowed to work on the postof Shiksha Karmi Gra e-lll.
Upon being enquired learned counsel for the petitioner submits that ther is neither any order of ' suspension nor termination or ismissal passed against him '
but the Chief Executive ~O Icer, Zila' Panchayat orally directed that work be not take from the petitioner.- l Whether the petitioner h self wasavoiding to work or there was any order terminati g or suspending him due to"
which he was deprived fro work.
H'e has submitted representation before the Chi Executive Ofdcer, the Chief Executive Officer should deci e his application and pass a speaking order within a periOd of three weeksfrom the date of receipt of copy of this order assed by this Court.
