1. By this petition under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. the petitioners have prayed for quashment of the orders dated 7.12.2012 and 18.12.2012 passed by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Raigarh, in Criminal CaseNo.442/2012.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw this petition with liberty to challenge the orders dated 7.12.2012 and 18.12.2012 before the revisional Court.
