By the impugned order, the competent authority is directed to petitioner to vacate the government premises as the petitioner has already retired from service and all service benefits
paid to him, which he has challenged.

After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties, I do not find any ground to entertain this writ petition as the competent authority has directed to petitioner to vacate the government premises after his retirement and also deposited service charges, if any.

Accordingly, writ petition deserves to be and is hereby dismissed.
