The petitioner has preferred this writ petition seeking direction to the respondents to consider his case for posting as in-charge Block Education Officer, Odgi, district Surajpur pursuant to the order of reinstatement passed on 23.09.2013 (Annexure P-5). He would submit that on the date when the petitioner was suspended he was posted as in-charge Block Education Officer, Odgi, therefore, on reinstatement, he is entitled to be posted at the same place.

Learned counsel for the petitioner woUld submit that for the present, the petitioner may be permitted to move a representation raising his grievance before the competent authority and the competent authority may be directed to decide his representation expeditiously.

Learned State counsel would submit that if the petitioner submits a .
