In view of the availability of alternative. remedy, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition, therefore, it is disposed of with a direction that in the event petitioner submits duly constituted appeal before the Appellate Authority within a period of 15 days from today, the said Appellate Authority shall consider and decide the same as early as possible and preferably within a period of one month from the date of submission of appeal.
