has been-preferred for correction of in the order dated 29/1 1/2013 in W.P.(S) No. 3897 of 2013, to the extent that in paragraph 3 of the order, instead of Madhya Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation, the representation is to be preferred before Madhya Pradesh Road Transport Corporation. The petitioners also pray for correction in the cause-title of the order sheet to the effect that instead of State of Chhattisgarh and others, the same is to be mentioned Infrastructure Development Corporation ((Parivahan Prabhag) and another. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioners wouid submit that since after bifurcation of State, the State of Madhya Pradesh has constituted a new Corporation in the name of Madhya Pradesh Road Transport Corporation which is the successor Corporation of the previous Corporation, therefore, the representation is to be decided by Madhya Pradesh Road Transport Corporation.

After hearing learned counsel for the petitioners it is directed that the representation to be preferred by the petitioners shall be moved before the Madhya. Pradesh Road Transport Corporation and paragraph 3 of the order dated 29/1 1/2013 is modified to the above extent. The cause-title of the said J order sheet is modified as Harishankar Shukla and others Vs. Chhattisgarh 'lnfrastructure Development Corporation (Parivahan Prabhag) and another. .t 4.
M.C.C. stands disposed of.
