While deciding the said Writ Petition on 30th November, 2012, this Court had directed to decide the Civil Suit No. 19-A/2013 (Old Nos. 29-N2010, 25Al2011 & 334~A/2012) within a period of six months from its next date of hearing.

An appiication (PUD) dated 30th November, 2013 has been sent by the concerned Court for extension of further time of six months for disposal of the Civii Suit No. 19-A/2013(Oid Nos. 29-A/2010, 25-A/2011 & 334-A/2012). 3.
On the grounds mentioned in the application (PUD), further time of six months from 30th November, is granted to the concerned Court for disposal of above Civil Suit.
