Learned counsel for the petitioner would produce before this Court the order passed by the State of Chhattisgarh, Department of Urban Administration and Development on 12.05.2015 allowing transfer of the subject shop in petitioner's favour on payment of additional premium of Rs.1,31,230/-.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that pursuant to the above said order, the petitioner has already paid the amount and an agreement has already been executed between the petitioner and the Municipal Corporation, Ambikapur on 27.05.2015, therefore, the writ petition has been rendered infructuous.

In view of the above, Shri Surana, learned counsel for the petitioner, would seek permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition. 4.
Permission granted.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 6.
The order of the State Government dated 12.05.2015 and the agreement dated 27.05.2015 are made part of the record of the writ petition.
