By this contempt case the petitioners have prayed for initiation of contempt proceedings against the respondent for willful disobedience of the order dated 15.7.2013 passed in W.P. (S) No.1952 of 2013. 2.
i have heard learned counsel for the petitioners, perused the petition and documents appended thereto.
In absence of any material to show the inaction of the respondent, the .
contempt case is dismissed summarily reserving Iiberty to the petitioners to file afresh if cause survives along with material showing the inaction of the respondent, especiaiiy in the era of Right to information Act.
