The petitioner has approached this Co because eversince then, no final u decision has been taken.
The respondent / Uni ersity should take final decision in the a period of three months and pass a claim of the petitioner with i speaking order.
in case, be gefit is not extended to the petitioner, it will be open for the petition r, to take remedy available under'the law.
