After some argument learned counsel for the applicant submits that he wants to withdraw the bail application with liberty to surrender and apply for regular bail before the concerned trial Court and that may be decided on the same day.

Accordingly, this bail application for grant of anticipatory bail is dismissed as withdrawn.

Accordingly, it is observed that the applicant, if so advised, may surrender and apply for regular bail before the trial Court and if such application is filed, the trial Court shall consider and decide the same on merits as early as possible preferably on the same day and after considering the fact that the matter is compounded and compromised with the other co-accused persons.
