Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner would submit that petitioner's application for mutation under Section 109, 110 of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code, 1959 is pending consideration before the Tahsildar, Durg since 28.10.2017 and it has not been decided till date, therefore, directions may be issued to consider and decide the same expeditiously.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.
Be that as it may, the Tahsildar, Durg is directed to hear the parties on
application for mutation and conclude the proceedings expeditiously. 4.
With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
