(2) This Court by order dated 17.08.2015 passed in W.P.(S) No.2992 of 2013 referred the matter to the Pension Committee to take decision on the matter of the petitioner.

(3) Again, similar writ petition has been filed by the petitioner without any order of the Pension Committee.

(4) The writ petition as framed and filed is not maintainable and is

hereby dismissed.

(5) However, the petitioner is at liberty to file the petition after decision of the Pension Committee.
