This is the second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.134/2014, registered at Police Station Khadgawan, District Koriya (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 294, 506, 323, 307 of I.P.C.

The applicant's first bail application was dismissed on merit vide order dated 03/03/2015 in M.Cr.C. No. 951/2015.

After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties and having gone through the case diary; taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and material collected by the prosecution against the present applicant, this Court is not inclined to release the applicant on regular bail; therefore, this second bail application is rejected. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial.
