1. This appeal by the accused/appellant under Section 14A (2) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 is directed against the order dated 11.11.2020 passed by the Special Sessions Judge (Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act), Koriya, Baikunthpur (C.G.) in C.A. No. 1506/2020, refusing to allow his regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. The appellant is arrested in connection with Crime No. 37/2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 452, 354, 364 (b), 294 & 506 of IPC and Sections 3(2) (va) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, registered at Police Station- AJAK, Baikunthpur, Koriya (C.G.).

2. Learned counsel for the appellant wants to withdraw this appeal with liberty to file bail application before the trial Court.

3. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as stated above.
