Applicant has filed this application under Section 438 of CrPC for grant of anticipatory bail as he apprehends his arrest in connection with Crime No.02 of 2021 registered at Police Station- Mandir Hasaud, District- Raipur, Chhattisgarh for commission of offense punishable under Sections 294, 323, 452, and 506 of the IPC. 2.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court for withdrawal of bail application. He further prays for a direction to the Court below concerned to consider and decide the application for grant of regular bail if filed by the applicant upon his surrender, on the same day. 3.

Learned State counsel submits that he has no objection to the submission made by learned counsel for the applicant.

In view of above, bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. 5.

Learned Court below concerned may consider and decide the application for grant of regular bail, if filed by the applicant after his surrender, if possible on the same day, in accordance with law.
