2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's application for grant of parole is pending before the District Magistrate, Jashpur, since 16.02.2018.
3. Learned State counsel would submit that the petitioner's application will be considered and decided within ten.
4. Be that as it may, the concerned District Magistrate is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's application in accordance with law within ten days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
5. With the aforesaid direction the instant writ petition stands disposed of.
