1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.331/2017 registered at Police Station Police Outpost Sonakhan, PS Kasdol, District Balodabazar - Bhatapara for offence under Sections 366 and 376 of the IPC.

2. The applicant has allegedly sexually exploited the girl on promise to marry. As per the FIR and her case diary statement, the applicant took her to Raipur and Nagpur and committed sexual intercourse repeatedly. They came back to the village on 26.8.2017 and thereafter switched off his mobile phone.

3. Considering the nature of allegations, this Court is not inclined to release the applicant on bail. Accordingly, the application is rejected.
