The applicant has preferred this first bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail as he is arrested in connection with crime No.830/2021 registered in Police Station Civil Lines, Bilaspur, District Bilaspur C.G. for the offence punishable under Section 294, 307 read with Section 34 of the I.P.C.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail application with liberty to revive the same after examination of the victim.

3. Permission granted.

4. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
