1. This is the third bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 334/2019, registered at Police Station - Manendragarh, District Koriya (CG), for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366, 376(2)(n) of the IPC and Section 6 of POCSO Act.

2. I have heard learned counsel appearing for the parties and perused the case diary.

3. After hearing learned counsel for the parties and considering that the second bail application filed by the present applicant has been considered on merits, I do not find a good ground to entertain this third bail application.

4. Accordingly, the bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. is dismissed.
