Agrawal Order on Board 21/12/2021 1.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that by impugned order dated 25.11.2021 vide Annexure P/1 petitioner has been transferred from Village Panchayat Kot to Village Panchayat Unchdih against which petitioner has made representation before respondent No.3.

2.Be that as it may, respondent No.3 is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's representation within two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3.Impugned order dated 25.11.2021 shall remain stayed for the period of three weeks.

4.With the aforesaid observation / direction

the instant writ petition stands disposed off.
