1. The limited relief sought for by the petitioner in this petition is for a direction to the respondents to consider and decide his application for grant of counter signature on the permanent permit on the route KhuntiRanchi-Gumla-Shankh, Jashpurnagar and back one return trip daily.

2. According to the petitioner, he has made the applications on 07.09.2021 and 13.10.2021, however till date no decision has been taken by the respondent authorities on the said applications of the petitioner.

3. Given the limited relief that the petitioner seeks for and also taking into consideration the nature of relief where time is the essence, the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent to consider and decide the applications of the petitioner in accordance with law at the earliest preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
