Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has made representation for appointment as 'Cluster Coordinator', therefore, the respondent authority may be directed to consider and decide his representation. 2.

Be that as it may, respondent No.2 / District Education Officer shall consider and decide petitioner's representation in accordance with law after hearing respondent No.5 / Jitendra Chauhan within 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
