1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits

that petitioner has made representation before the Collector, Baikunthpur, District Koriya against the transfer order dated 17.11.2021 vide Annexure P/1 which will be directed to consider and decide.

2. Be that as it may, Collector, Baikunthpur, District Koriya is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's representation within two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order in accordance with law and for the period of two weeks no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner.

3. With the aforesaid observation / direction the instant writ petition stands disposed off.
