2. For the reasons stated therein, the application is allowed. Paragraph 3 of the order dated 24th December, 2019 will now read as under:- "Having heard learned counsel for the Appellant, the Court is not persuaded that the impugned order calls for interference. Nevertheless, it is clarified that all transactions made qua the properties in question, after the filing of the suit, will be subject to the outcome of the suit."
