The instant application under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been moved on behalf of the petitioner seeking restoration of the captioned criminal revision petition by recalling order dated 13.12.2024 passed in criminal revision petition no. 714/2023 and restore to its original number.

For the reason stated in the application, the present application for restoration of the criminal revision petition No. 714/2023 stands allowed and is restored to its original number.
