Applicant seeks interim bail to take requisite care of his wife, who has to undergo a surgery for umbilical hernia and who also he suspects some cyst development inside and, therefore, his presence would be imperative to take appropriate care of his ailing wife.

Learned counsel for the applicant also draws the attention to the order dated 23.03.2026 passed by this Court in Bail Application No. 8082/2026. He submits that appreciating his concern, this Court had enlarged him on interim bail from 25.03.2026 to 29.03.2026 on his submitting personal bond in a sum of Rs. 25000/- with one surety of like amount but since he could arrange for surety, he could not come out. would make for some arrangements in this regard also. 3.
Keeping in mind the abovesaid order dated 23.03.2026 and the fact that the applicant could not come out as he could not arrange for any surety, the present application is disposed of with direction that he be released on interim bail for a period of 7 days from the date of his release, on his complying with the conditions as indicated and elaborated in para 11 of the abovesaid order dated 23.03.2026. Let bonds be submitted within 10 days. 4.
The application stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 5.
A copy of this order be sent to the learned Trial Court for information and Superintendent of Jail for compliance.
