Ms. Amita Singh Kalkal, counsel for the Petitioner, submits that subsequent to the filing of the present petition, the Petitioner has been served with a copy of the order dated 2nd July, 2026 passed by Respondent No. 2, whereby the Petitioner's representation has been rejected pursuant to the decision of the concerned Committee of the Delhi High Court taken in its meeting held on 6th May, 2026.

In view of the aforesaid development, Ms. Kalkal seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail of appropriate remedies in accordance with law, including laying a challenge to the order rejecting the The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
