% 16.03.2016 IA 3486/2016 This is an application seeking refund of court fees in terms of Section 16A of the Court Fees Act.

I note that a joint application under Order 23 Rule 3 CPC was filed by the parties, which was allowed and the suit was decreed vide order dated December 24, 2014.

As the parties have settled their inter se disputes before the recording of evidence on merits of the claim, the plaintiff shall be entitled to refund of court fee in terms of Section 16A of the Court Fees Act. Application is disposed of.
