% 27.12.2017 CM 47542/2017 (exemption) Exemption allowed subject to all just exceptions. WP(C) 11722/2017 & CM 47541/2017 (stay) Issue Notice. Notice is accepted by Ms.Mini Pushkarna on behalf of the respondent.

The learned senior counsel for the petitioner, upon instructions, submits that the petitioner has made a representation against the proposed action of the respondent. He further submits that the petitioner had applied for the permission for placing advertisement, way back on 28th March, 2011 and the said application has not been decided by the respondent. He submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if a direction be issued to the respondent to dispose of the representation dated 23rd December, 2017 by a

speaking order within a period of seven working days from today. He further submits that the petitioner would be removing the advertisements in question on its own within a period of three days, without prejudice to the outcome of the representation and any other right/ remedy that the petitioner may have in accordance with the law.

The petition is disposed of recording the above statement of the learned senior counsel for the petitioner. The respondent is directed to pass a Speaking order on the representation dated 23.12.2017 of the petitioner and communicate the same to the petitioner within seven working days from today. The petitioner would, as undertaken, remove the advertisements in question, on its own, within a period of three days from today.
