% 15.03.2019 Petition is listed on an office note pursuant to the letter received from the Deputy Superintendent Central Jail No. 12, Mandoli stating that the petitioner was to surrender on 16th February, 2019 and has not surrendered till date.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has brought to the notice of this Court order dated 11th February, 2019 passed by this Court in W.P. Crl. 434/2019 whereby the parole of the petitioner was extended for a further period of six weeks. Hence the communication from the Deputy Superintendent, Central Jail No. 12, Mandoli be filed as no action is warranted thereon.
