The Court made the following order :

COMMON ORDER:

These three Writ Petitions have been filed with a common grievance, namely, that respondent No.1 has not been disposing of the appeals filed by the petitioners against the issuance of pattadar passbooks and title deeds in favour of the private respondents.

At the hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue (Telangana Area), submitted that as per his instructions, W.P.No.19723/2007 filed questioning G.O.Ms.No.1077, Revenue (Assn.IV) Department, dated 78-2007, has been pending and that in view of the same, the appeals are not being disposed of. He is, however, unable to state as to the nature of the order passed in the said Writ Petition and how the lands which are subject matters of the appeals filed by the petitioners are connected with the above mentioned Writ Petition.

In the light of the grievance of the petitioners regarding non-disposing of the appeals, respondent No.1 is directed to dispose of the appeals filed by the petitioners within a period of two months from the date of receipt of this order, if no order staying the appeals is passed by this Court. If

respondent No.1 finds any legal constraints in disposing of the appeals, he shall issue a communication to the petitioners in writing giving reasons for his inability to dispose of the appeals within a period of one week from the date of receipt of this order.

Subject to the above directions, the Writ Petitions are disposed of.

As a sequel to the disposal of the Writ Petitions, W.P.M.P.Nos.48161, 48183 and 48496 of 2013, filed in the respective Writ Petitions for interim reliefs, are disposed of as infructuous.
