THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.16062 of 2014 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to release the Hero Honda Passion Plus Motorcycle bearing registration No.AP 20 AF 3256 seized in P.R.No.467/2014-15 on the file of Prohibition & Excise Police Station, Bhadrachalam. At the time of arguments, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the vehicle in question was confiscated to the State on 31.07.2015.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, no further orders need be passed in this petition. Accordingly this petition is closed. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending in this Criminal Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
