Sri Rameswara Prasad, learned counsel representing Sri S.A.K. Mynoddin, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation has issued proceedings in compliance with the order passed by this Court. He however submits that the petitioner may be granted liberty to avail independent remedies in accordance with law as regards his grievances, if any, in the context of the said proceedings.

2. The contempt case is accordingly closed granting liberty as aforestated. No costs.
