When this matter was taken up for hearing, Sri K. Revanth, learned counsel representing Sri Rapolu Bhaskar, leamed counsel for the petitioners, fairly submitted that during the pendency of this Criminal Petition, the petitioners were acquitted by the trial Court in C.C. No. 1160 of 2025 on 13,08.2025.

By virtue of the said submission, this Court is of the considered view that the cause in the present criminal petition does not survrve.

Accordingly, the criminal petition is closed.
