cc_340_2016 JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This contempt case is filed alleging willful disobedience of order dated 24-11-2015 in W.P.No. 38152 of 2015.

At the hearing, Sri P.Bhaskar, learned counsel for the petitioners, has submitted that as his clients have availed a fresh legal remedy in pursuance of the liberty given to them, they are not interested in pursuing the contempt case.
