With the consent of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner-Department, this Tax Revision Case was heard at admission.

The present case is tiled by the Department assailing the order, dated 3I.10.2019 passed by the Telangana V'A'T' Appeliate Tribunal, Hyderabad in T.A'No'92 of 2Ol4' 4.

Vde the impugned order, the Tribunal has partly allowed the aPpeal preferred by the assessee'

In the course of considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, we frnd that the Tribunal while deciding the appeal took note of the fact that identical t I issues have already been laid to rest by the High Court for the State of Andhra Pradesh & Telangana, in the case of K'G'F' Colton (P) Limited., Bhalnsa, Adilo.bard District & Others Vs' a )

In view of the fact that the order under chaJlenge is one which is passed purely rel5ring upon the decision of the Division Bench of this High Court, in the case of K.G.F.
