Sri S. Sridhar, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the Writ Petition preserving liberty to the petitioners to approach the gram panchayat for change of use of the structure raised by them.

The Writ Petition is therefore, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. No costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
