THE HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI KALYAN JYOTI SENGUPTA AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR Writ Appeal No. 2028 of 2013 Judgment: (per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta) The impugned order has been passed by the learned Single Judge while granting interim relief on an interlocutory application filed by the appellants-petitioners.

However, it is not as per the choice of the appellants. We are of the view that considering the prima facie case and balance of convenience, the learned Single Judge passed just and appropriate order. We, therefore, do not like to interfere with the same. However, we request the learned Single Judge to decide the writ petition expeditiously.

The appeal is accordingly dismissed.

Consequently, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand dismissed. No costs.
