RESPONDENTS Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ order or direction more particularly in the nature of writ of [/andamus declaring the Proceedings of the Second Respondent in No.355/CPT& RElB2l2014, Dated 31-05-20 18, which was served on the Petitioner on 27-12-2018, in which they rejected the representation of the Petitioner made on 03-03-2019, in which the Petitioner requested the Second Respondent, to send the graduation certificate of the Petitioner to Dr.B.R.Ambedkar Open University, to verify the genuineness of his graduation certificate, and to set-aside the lvlemo issued by the second Respondent in l\,4emo No.
355/CPR&RElB2l2014, Dated 06-12-2016., in which he directed the Third Respondent District collector, to register a crime against the Petitioner, as if he Produced a fake certificate of graduation, by consulting the controller of examinations, Osmania Unrversity, instead of Controller of examinations, Dr.B.R. Ambedkar Open University, is illegal, Violation of Principles of Natural Justice, Violation of Article 14,19,21 of Constitution of lndia, and consequently direct the Respondents to send the Graduation Certificate of the Petitioner to Dr.B.R.Ambedkar Open University for verification.
