THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No.2298 of 2016 ORDER:

This contempt case is filed alleging non-compliance of the order dated 17.6.2016 passed in W.P.No.19094 of 2016 wherein the third respondent - District Panchayat Officer, Ongole, Prakasam District, is directed to complete the enquiry, after providing an opportunity of hearing as required under the 1st proviso to Rule 42 (1) of G.O.Ms.No.30, dated 20.01.1995, and such exercise shall be completed within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Notice was issued on 25.11.2016. In response to the same, counteraffidavit is filed by the respondent - District Panchayat Officer, Ongole, Prakasam District, and placed on record the proceedings in Roc.No.366/ 2016 (Pts.) A3, dated 8.12.2016 wherein order has been made in compliance with the order of this Court dated 17.6.2016 in W.P.No.19094 of 2016. In the circumstances, as the order has been complied with, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, in this Contempt Case shall stand closed.
