In view of issuance of a show-cause notice by the competent authority i.e., the 3rd respondent, this Court is of the considered view that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
