This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Ior short 'Cr'PC") by the petitioners/ accused Nos.1 to 3 to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.2011 of 2018 on the file of the I Additional Judicial \ Magistrate of First Class, Warangal. The offences alleged ) \ against the petitioners are punishable under Sections 498-4' M8, 506 of Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.
