This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr'P C' seeking to quash the proceedings in CC No'776 ol 2016 on the fi1e of the Xlll Addidonal Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (Mahiia Court)' Hyderabad, wherein the petitioners are arrayed as Accused Nos 4 to 6.
Today, the matter is listed under the caption 'infructuous matters'and when the matter is taken up for hearing' the learned Additional Public Prosecutor' based on the e-courts case status report, would submit that after uncontested' the matter was disposed of as withdrawn by the XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (Mahila Court), Hyderabad' through order dated 19.03.2019 and as such, the present quash petition hled does not need any further consideration by this court Having regard to the submissions made as above' no further the present criminal Petition orders need be Passed 1n petition is closed. Ho$'ever, the Accordingly, the criminal petitioners/A.4 to A.6 are at liberty to file a petition seeking to reopen the matter, in the event the said CC has not been disposed of by the trial Court as noted above.
