THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOUSHAD ALI Contempt Case No.1688 of 2013 ORDER :

1. This contempt case has been filed complaining noncompliance of the interim order dated 24-04-2013 passed by this Court in W.P.M.P. No.15559 of 2013 in W.P.No.12626 of 2013, wherein a direction was issued to the respondent to re-consider the petitioner's application.

2. The respondent is present pursuant to Form-I Notice. It is represented that the order has been implemented on 30-122013. A copy of the order is also placed before the Court.

3. Sri P.Hemachandra, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, does not dispute the same.

4. Since the order has been implemented, though there is some delay, I am not inclined to proceed against the respondent for contempt.
