RESPONDENTS Petition under Article 226 ot the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring that the action of the 3rd respondent, in issuing the Office Order No. 1084/A3/ESTT/TSIRD/2016, dated 30.03.2021, keeping the petitioner-firm in block list for a period of 5 years, without giving notice or an opportunity to the petitioner to represent its case, unilaterally cancelling the agreement dated 18.11.2019, with effect from 01.04.

Learned counsel for the petitioner addressed a letter dt.2o.l2.2o2l to the Registrar(Judicial) High Court for the State of Telangana at Hyderabad, seeking permission to withdraw this Writ Petition stating that the respondents have agreed to remove the petitioner-Firm from blacklist and settle the pending bills of the petitioner. However, liberty is sought by the petitioner to approach this Court in the event the matter is not settled with the respondents.

Cranting liberty as sought for, this Writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs. 3.
